Jerry Seinfeld and his 918 Spyder

Jerry Seinfeld is spotted in Malibu driving his new Porsche 918 Sypder with the Weissach package. The package includes carbon fiber A and B pillar, mirrors, and rear spoiler. Other weight saving items in the package is body film wrap instead of paint, magnesium wheels, brakes with titanium components and host of other stuff. The power is untouched however the performance figures is very impressive.

Performance improvement from weight savings:
0-62 mph = 2.6 seconds (without Weissach 2.8 seconds)
0-124 mph = 7.2 seconds (without Weissach 7.7 seconds)
0-186 mph = 19.9 seconds (without Weissach 22 seconds)

As you can see weight savings can make a very big difference in performance. You won’t be able to tell driving around public roads but it’s nice to know what you got.
