Red Bull Formula 1 – Could Vettel had traction control in the past?

In the past years when Formula 1 had traction control, the engine had a slight crackling noise around a turn when traction control was in use.
This goes to question Sebastian Vettel’s dominance in the past four years. Interestingly enough, Mark Weber’s F1 car did not make the same noise. Judge for yourself. (Allegedly)
